2D Ultrasonic Anemometer


The novel two dimensional Ultrasonic Anemometer is designed to measure wind direction parameters, horizontal wind speed and also the acoustic temperature.

The instrument does this process without using any moving mechanical parts. That is why the calibration parameters are not influenced by aging.

Furthermore, all other negative aspects of wind vanes and mechanically moving cup anemometers are removed as well.

This 2D Ultrasonic Anemometer is provided with an optional built-in heating device which brings the opportunity for you to use the unit even in ice conditions.

The state of the art 2D Ultrasonic Anemometer uses all the newest technology and it is air flow optimized; because it is equipped with the air-flow simulation software.
