Acoustic Holography and Beamforming Measurements

Near Field, Far Field, and Acoustic Holography

Furthermore, acoustic holography, a technique to study sound emission from surfaces and structures, is crucial for understanding and optimizing system performance. Additionally, for inquiries about our innovative sound solutions or to learn more about our products, please feel free to contact us.

Moreover, it aids in visualizing structure-borne sound and generating maps of sound pressure, intensity, and particle velocity, while also measuring sound power and its direction. Furthermore, accurate reconstruction of the acoustic field from the hologram is essential for precise analysis.

Furthermore, our sound cameras, Mikado and Octagon, excel in swiftly locating sound sources using either beamforming or near-field methods, providing valuable insights for various applications.

Fibonacci Microphone Array

Key Features

Additionally, the array is designed for both beamforming and holography, including HELS and SONAH. Furthermore, it works best from 0 to 10 meters, covering frequencies from 30 Hz for holography to 25 kHz for beamforming. Moreover, the microphone setup allows both near-field and far-field measurements with one array. For inquiries or further information on our innovative sound solutions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Moreover, the design maximizes spatial resolution and dynamic range while minimizing reflections, sound pressure doubling, and resonance. Additionally, each microphone is calibrated for stable sound levels (+/- 0.5 dB). Furthermore, the array connects to the data recorder with SymBus cables, supporting up to 20-meter lengths.

Furthermore, it includes an Intel® RealSense™ Depth Camera with Full HD resolution for depth information and a Baumer camera. Additionally, the high-end Manfrotto tripod ensures versatile setup. Lastly, both the array and tripod are packed in a transport case and bag for easy transport and setup.
